Returns and Exchanges
What is the return and exchanges policy?
If you’d like to return your purchase, we’d like to hear from you first. Please call 1 (561) 231-0638 or email support@lukacosmetics.com so we can assist you. Returns or Exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt. To return or exchange your products please include the packing slip with your return and ship to:

Shipping Instructions:
We suggest you ship via a traceable service to ensure delivery. Refunds will be processed once your return is received. Refunds will be dispersed the way payment was received. For any questions or concerns please email: support@lukacosmetics.com
Unused Product Returns:
We can only make full refunds for UNUSED products at this time, but we are happy to make an even exchange or give a Merchandise Credit for any gently used product you are unhappy with within 30 days of receipt.
Customer Responsibilities:
Shipping and handling charges are not included in refunds and customers are responsible for return shipping charges*. The credit will appear on your bank statement within 3-7 business days. If payment was made with a gift card, a merchandise credit will be issued for the credit amount.
Damaged Products
Luka Cosmetics Inc. holds no responsibility for product damage or malfunction after a customer has received the product. If there is a manufacturing defect in a product or packaging, please make us aware and we will gladly correct the issue however possible.
