Refund policy

Returns:
If you’d like to return your purchase, we’d love to hear from you first. Please call 561-231-0638 so we can assist you. Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt. To return or exchange your products, please include the packing slip with your return and ship to our distribution center:

Shipping Instructions:
We suggest shipping via a traceable service to ensure delivery. Your refund will be processed once your return arrives at our distribution center. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

Unused Product Returns:
We can only issue refunds for UNUSED products, but we are happy to make an even exchange or provide a store credit for any gently used product you are unhappy with within 30 days of receipt.

Customer Responsibilities:
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 1–2 billing cycles. If payment was made with a gift card, a store credit will be issued for the credit amount.

Damaged Products:
Luka Cosmetics is not responsible for product damage after delivery. Our powder products are mineral-based and made without harsh binders, so please handle them with care as they can break if dropped. If there is a manufacturing defect in a product or its packaging, please contact us at 561-231-0638 and we will gladly make it right.
