How Do I Find The Perfect Shade For My Skin Tone?

Buying makeup online can be tricky, that’s why we have created our Virtual Consultation page! It's as simple as giving us a little info about your skin and uploading your best naked face selfie (don't worry, this is a judgment free zone!). A Luka beauty expert will then recommend the perfect products for you, along with a step by step guide on how to use them! Let us take all the guessing out of buying online!

Does Luka Cosmetics Offer Refillable Packaging?

At this moment Luka does not have refillable packaging, but stay tuned for exciting changes in the future!

Are Your Products Gluten Free?

Did you know that most major cosmetic and skincare lines contain some trace of Gluten? Did you also know that people with Celiac Disease can still be affected by even the smallest amount of gluten. Alice Bast, founder and president of the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness (NFCA) says; "Lipstick, lip-gloss, mouthwash, toothpaste—they can all trigger a reaction in people with celiac disease, If you're sensitive to gluten, you should be using gluten-free cosmetics and toiletries. Even if you don't experience any symptoms, you could be doing damage on the inside." Luka Cosmetics is proud to say that all of our products are Gluten Free!!

Are Your Products Vegan?

Here at Luka, we not only care about you, but what’s happening to the world around us. Our line is almost exclusively Vegan. However some of our products do contain Ethically and Humanely sourced beeswax. We are striving to make a difference in the way things are done in the cosmetics industry! We hope to lead by example.

Are All Of Your Products Organic?

Did you know that the term "Organic" can actually be pretty broad? Due to the standards set in the United States, this opens up a lot of room for "Green Washers'' or brands that claim to be something they are not. Though all of our products are "Toxic Free" and "All Natural" they are not all 100% Organic. Our products are however made with Organic Ingredients. Some of our products, like our Organic Black Mascara, are 95% Organic, and use Certified Organic Ingredients.

What Does All Natural Mean?

Luka Cosmetics are made of the finest natural ingredients, We are NOT Green Washers! We have NO added chemicals, parabens, fillers, binders, synthetics, toxic fragrance, or phthalates.

Returns and Exchanges

What is the return and exchanges policy?

If you’d like to return your purchase, we’d like to hear from you first. Please call 1 (561) 231-0638 or email support@lukacosmetics.com so we can assist you. Returns or Exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt. To return or exchange your products please include the packing slip with your return and ship to:

Shipping Instructions:
We suggest you ship via a traceable service to ensure delivery. Refunds will be processed once your return is received. Refunds will be dispersed the way payment was received. For any questions or concerns please email: support@lukacosmetics.com

Unused Product Returns:We can only make full refunds for UNUSED products at this time, but we are happy to make an even exchange or give a Merchandise Credit for any gently used product you are unhappy with within 30 days of receipt.Customer Responsibilities:Shipping and handling charges are not included in refunds and customers are responsible for return shipping charges*. The credit will appear on your bank statement within 3-7 business days. If payment was made with a gift card, a merchandise credit will be issued for the credit amount.

Luka Cosmetics Inc. holds no responsibility for product damage or malfunction after a customer has received the product. If there is a manufacturing defect in a product or packaging, please make us aware and we will gladly correct the issue however possible.
