Returns:
If you’d like to return your purchase, we’d like to hear from you first. Please call 1-561-231-0638 so we can assist you. Returns or Exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt. To return or exchange your products please include the packing slip with your return and ship to our distributing center:

Shipping Instructions:
We suggest you ship via a traceable service to ensure delivery.
Refund will be processed once your return arrives to our distributing center.
Online orders can only be returned the way purchased. Please do not return online orders in store, as we cannot process them through our POS.
Unused Product Returns:
We can only make refunds for UNUSED product at this time, but we are happy to make an even exchange or give a Merchandise Credit for any gently used product you are unhappy with within 30 days of receipt.
Customer Responsibilities:
Shipping and handling charges are not included in refunds and customers are responsible for return shipping charges. The credit will appear on your bank statement within 1-2 billing cycles. If payment was made with a gift card, a merchandise credit will be issued for the credit amount.
Damaged Products:
Serafina Group, Inc. holds no responsibility for product damage or malfunction after customer has received product. Our powder products are mineral based and not made with hard unhealthy binders so please use care not to drop them as they run the risk of breaking with hard impact. If there is a manufacturing defect in a product or packaging, please make us aware and we will gladly correct the issue however possible.
