Step 1: Prep
Prep your skin with Primed and Plumped Organic Primer and apply your preferred Luka Foundation.
Step 2: Apply
Apply Hydrating Concealer with fingers or a synthetic makeup brush under the eyes and any area you need extra coverage. Use gentle brush strokes or patting motions with fingers until desired coverage is achieved.
