Step 1: For a Thin Line
Hold the liner very close to the lash line and drag lightly to achieve a precise application.
Step 2: For a Thick Line
For a thicker line gently build a second layer on top to create a seamless effect.
Step 3: For a Cat Eye
We recommend following the thicker line and extend it out to create the angle you desire. If you do not achieve a perfect angle, just gently wipe off the excess with concealer or primed and plumped face primer.
